In particular, salt adaptation of cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis, Microcystis firma and Synechocystis aquatilis had ever been studied worldwidly and those result implied that acclimation to salinity might be of high ecological significance in extending the spread of the cyanobacterium which should be further studied (Hagemann et al, 1989;Vonshak et al, 1996;Hu et al, 2009).
