Role of liquid biopsy in central nervous system tumors

Abstract: Challenges in obtaining tissue specimens and tumor heterogeneity are major limitations for accurate diagnosis, molecular characterization, risk stratification, and development of biomarker-driven therapies in central nervous system (CNS) tumors.
