Role of MDCT in Assessment of Pleuropneumonic Changes After Breast Cancer Radiotherapy.

Abstract: Back ground: Breast cancer radiotherapy plays an important role and can reduce local and regional recurrence, however may be complicated by radiation pneumonitis, the early stage occurs one to three months after treatment characterized mainly by ground glass opacities and consolidate-ion related to radiation portal.
