Abstract:According to WHO, there are about 422 million diabetes patients throughout the world. Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder that results from hyperglycemia due to abnormal secretion and action of insulin. Diabetes is characterized into type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes.
