Role of Orthoboon (glucosamine sulfate + collagen + Vitamin C): A novel host-modulating agent in the management of chronic periodontitis

Abstract: Background: Recent trends suggest using novel host-modulating agents as a treatment strategy for chronic periodontitis. Glucosamine sulfate (GS) was proven to have anti-inflammatory actions related to its ability to suppress neutrophil functions.
