This paper studies hemodynamic changes after repairing congenital valvular heart disease. Two categories of Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and (ASD Primum) were collected from the Nasiriyah Heart Center between January 2015 and February 2022, with findings for 50 patients (28 patients with TOF & 22 patients with ASD Primum). The results showed that the spo2 value before the Surgery was low compared to its value after the Surgery, which was due to the existence of stenosis (obstruction) in the pulmonary artery; thus, the operations were undertaken to open the stenosis and return the percentage to normal. Because the patient with tetralogy of Fallot has stenosis in the pulmonary artery, compensatory found increases in the right ventricular diastolic pressure, and because the patient with tetralogy of Fallot has stenosis in the pulmonary artery, the PG value before the operation is more significant than after the operation. It was also discovered that the pG is exceptionally high due to stenosis (obstruction) in the pulmonary artery, which causes a drop in spo2. The findings demonstrated a link between age and MR before Surgery, with all patients between the ages of 2 and 47 suffering from Fatigue and restlessness. However, +++ denotes exhaustion and shortness of breath while not under stress, but ++ denotes Fatigue and shortness of breath when under normal stress. The aim of this study was to identify the depth of the mouth and its shape in some local fish belonging to the Cyprinidae family, and the extent to which the depth of the mouth is related to the way of feeding and the nature of food as well as the feeding habits of those species collected specifically from the Tigris River, the results showed a relationship of depth oral cavity with head length was highly significant at (P < 0.01) for all studied species. Also, there was a highly significant relationship between the height of the pharyngeal tooth-bearing bone and the depth of the oral cavity for fish of this local family.

The study was conducted at the Fadak farm of the Husseiniya shrine/ Karbala governorate during the growth season 2021 to test the role of application with Moringa leaf extract and the paper bagging of the bunches in improving some qualitative characteristics of the fruits of two palm cultivars, Al-Khadrawi and Al-Buraim. The bunches were sprayed with three concentrations of moringa leaf extract (0, 100, 200 ml. L-1) three times after 7, 10, and 13 weeks of pollination and then bagging the bunches after each application process according to the schedule and plan of the experiment. The results indicated that application with moringa extract and bagging increased the proportion of total dissolved solids (T.S.S.), total sugars and reducing sugars, and decreased the total acidity neutralizing, sucrose, and tannins. Al-Khadrawi cultivar was superior in most of the studied traits. The study's findings suggest that natural plant extracts (such as Moringa leaf extract) can be utilized as organic amendments or fertilizer additives in conjunction with particular farming practices to enhance the quality of the fruits of some varieties of date palms.
