Role of Prostaglandin D Synthase in Cardiac Remodeling Secondary to Pressure Overload in Rats

Abstract: We sought to compare the effects of specific COX 2 inhibitors (Nimesulide) or Prostaglandin D synthase inhibitor (HQL 79) on cardiac remodeling secondary to pressure overload in rats.
