Abstract: BackgroundTotal Marrow and Lymphoid Irradiation (TMLI) is a promising component of the preparative regimen for hematopoietic cell transplantation in patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL).
