Role of Sildenafil in Management of Pediatric Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Abstract: Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) has high mortality and multiple therapeutic strategies have been used to improve the outcome. Inhaled nitric oxide (INO), a pulmonary vasodilator, is used to improve oxygenation.
