Role of topical hemocoagulase in postoperative wound healing following dentoalveolar extraction

Abstract: Background: Wound healing consists of sequential overlapping events, namely, hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation and remodelling. Disruption of one or more of these events results in impaired healing of the wound which causes functional, esthetic and emotional burdens in the future.
