Abstract: Obesity is associated with proliferation and differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) into mature adipocytes. Nutritional stimuli induce ADSCs proliferation and differentiation, and this process is well established because master regulators of adipogenic differentiation, C/EBPalpha and PPARgamma were identified.
