Abstract: Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis which usually presents as painless lymphadenopathy. Extranodal involvement is known to occur in various organs, and less than ten cases with primary pancreatic involvement have been reported previously.
