Abstract:The effect of WS2 nanotubes on the rotation of the polarization plane of p-type laser radiation in the nematic liquid-crystal composites based on 4'-pentyl-4-biphenylcarbonitrile (5CB) has been considered. The correlation between the concentration of the injected sensitizer and the phase shift of the optical beam has been demonstrated.
