However, in my clinical experience, judicious prescription of an NSAID is often necessary as an adjunct to management of rotator tears.…”

As suggested by Dr. Lewis, both patients were offered rehabilitative intervention; however, one refused and the other received assisted range‐of‐motion exercises 1 . Dr. Lewis' suggestion of Codman exercises is also well taken and of significant therapeutic value; however, the Chandler position for circumduction is often preferable in frail elders.…”
