Abstract:Multiple Myeloma (MM) is a Plasma Cell (PC) malignancy characterized by proliferation of differentiated B cells mainly in the bone marrow. Genetic abnormalities are powerful prognostic factors in MM for risk stratification and therapeutic strategies.
