Abstract:Objective: A reverse- phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method was developed and validated for estimation of combined formulation containing tenofovir(disoproxilfumarate) (TDF) and emtricitabine (EMT). Method: Chromatographic separation was performed on RP-C18 column.
