Abstract:Background and Aim: Runs of homozygosity (ROH) is a biocomputational technique for identifying homozygous regions in the genomics of livestock. This study aimed to determine the ROH in Sumba Ongole (SO) bulls (n = 48) using the BovineSNP50K BeadChip.
