Abstract:Abstract:A 16-year old male presented with a ruptured aneurysm of the proximal segment of the anterior cerebral artery, with symptoms like sudden headache. Paraclinical explorations revealed a fusiform aneurysm of the right A1 segment. The optimal treatment used was the microsurgical one via right pterional approach.
