The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is a rapidly developing integration structure. Its main priority in activities is economic development, even more precisely, trade. At the same time, at the beginning of its activities, the main attention of the member states of the association was focused on the development of domestic trade. The creation of a customs union and a single economic space basically solved this problem. The current development of the structure, in accordance with the global trend, was the expansion of trade relations with border, regional and non-regional partners. Thus, there is a process of integration of integrations, i.e. interaction at the level of integration structures and individual states. Since the EAEU’s main activity is the economy, first of all, we are talking about the creation of Free Trade Zones (FTAs).Aim. Consider the main trends and stages of interaction between the LACB countries and the EAEU; identify new directions for the development of Eurasian integration.Methods. The use of a systematic approach made it possible to analyze integration processes taking into account various directions. The method of historical and comparative analysis was used to compare the concepts of the development of integration. Situational analysis made it possible to demonstrate the dynamics of the development of Eurasian integration and the formation of interaction with external actors. The sociological approach made it possible to consider as a special variety of international structures with the characteristics of both intergovernmental bodies and organizations.Results. Against the background of the development of economic interaction, new areas of interaction have been identified.Conclusions. In the current third stage of cooperation between the EAEU and the LKA, the element of political communication of the organization’s information function is strengthened, which is a response to the political crisis on the one hand, and on the other, opposition to Western sanctions in terms of attempts to isolate Russia in the world.

The article analyses the historical aspects and prospects for the development of foreign trade relations between Peru and Russia. The dynamics of RussianPeruvian diplomatic relations was studied, the most significant periods of these relations were highlighted, the crisis periods that affected cooperation between countries, including the Second Pacific War (1879−1884) were identified, and the collapse of the USSR. The most fruitful period in the history of Russian-Peruvian relations is marked by the beginning of the “most-favoured-nation” regime, established in 1969 after the signing of the Trade Agreement by the parties. The key aspects of the current state of trade cooperation between Peru and Russia are highlighted. The intensification of trade cooperation in the modern period occurred after the meeting of the presidents of Russia and Peru in 2008 at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Lima. The commodity structure of trade relations between Peru and Russia is considered. It is suggested that the priority tasks for the further active development of Russian-Peruvian cooperation can be considered the increase and diversification of trade, the growth of mutual investment, and the signing of a bilateral free trade agreement. The methodological basis of the research includes general scientific methods: historical-legal, structural-functional, comparative-legal, formal-legal, statistical. The information work was compiled scientific literature, monographs, regulatory documents, and reference materials that demonstrate the functioning of foreign economic activity, including between Russia and Peru.
The article examines key vectors of the development of Russia’s foreign economic relations with its largest trading partners in Latin America in the context of anti-Russian sanctions. The author analyzes peculiarities of Russia’s foreign trade and investment cooperation with Brazil, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico and Chile. Factors hindering the development of this cooperation are economic instability in the world, anti-Russian sanctions, weak development of logistics networks, lack of free trade agreements, the presence of high custom duties on Russian products in the Latin American market, high competition on part of the United States and China, insufficient interest of Russian business in economic cooperation with the countries of the region over the past decades. It is shown that the largest increase in Russia’s trade turnover with the countries under consideration was recorded with Mexico, an increase in Russian exports was observed in Argentina, and imports - from Mexico. Chile demonstrated the worst indicators in the sphere of foreign trade relations among the countries under consideration. It is concluded that Russia’s largest Latin American partners have serious prospects for expanding their presence on the Russian market in the face of anti-Russian sanctions. Two key factors can be considered favorable for further development of Russia - Latin America trade cooperation. The first one is the orientation of the foreign policy of many countries in the region to other economic partners in order to minimize dependence on the United States. The second one is that Russia is shifting its vectors of economic cooperation from unfriendly countries to other countries, including Latin American states. It is concluded that investment cooperation between the countries has certain prospects for development, especially in the field of oil and gas exploration, energy and railway construction.
