The article is aimed at describing a method for recreating the conceptual,
figurative and value components of transnational concepts and metaconcepts by
studying the features of the use of metastatements of different types as a result of the reflection of culture bearers regarding the linguistic form and content of the
concept. Based on the analysis of the National Corpus of the Russian Language
and the corpus of newspaper articles, their types are described in accordance with
their communicative orientation. It was found out that the social assessment of the
external form of borrowing becomes a meaningful part of the concept, which acquires
a certain labeling, for example, with the help of a meta-frame. It is concluded that
transnational concepts and meta-concepts go through semantic transformations
and graphic-phonetic transformations of form, meta-statements exhibit subjective
modality and situational conditionality
