Abstract:Case Description/Methods: An 84-year-old male presented with epigastric abdominal pain. 3-years prior he had wide local excision for cutaneous malignant melanoma of the upper back (R0 resection). His abdominal pain had worsened over the last 4-weeks and was preceded by jaundice and unintentional weight loss.
