“…According to this criteria, this type of melanoma can present more aggressive characteristics and with risks of worse prognosis. The lymph node involvement, advanced age, and failure to undertake the surgical resection can be considered as unfavorable conditions ( 9 ) that justify the standard treatment. This case corresponds to the risk factors and points to bad prognosis described in the criteria.…”
