The object of this study is the process of risk management at enterprises in the metallurgical industry as a subject of foreign economic activity. Under the conditions of an export-oriented economy, it is important to have tools for early response to crises and challenges caused by various factors. Volatility of the market and global and domestic prices for key products and raw materials add uncertainty and encourage management to look for tools to protect their financial income. The construction of a risk map and the use of mathematical tools for forecasting and minimizing the negative consequences of the occurrence of risky events could contribute to making optimal management decisions in operational activities and in the pricing process. Interpretation of the risk management cycle for the needs of enterprises in the metallurgical industry will make it possible to adequately identify the risks inherent in the industry and devise measures for flexible response to crises and challenges. In the course of the study, it was found out that exporting companies need protection, first of all, against price risk, which increases significantly under the conditions of inflation and due to jumps in the consumer price index in a particular country. It is suggested to use hedging as a protection tool. Determining the perimeter of risk hedging by means of a risk-oriented selection of indicators (external and internal, commercial, and non-commercial risks) depending on a certain market situation will make it possible to establish a correlation between key influencing factors. The implementation of the risk-hedging cycle in the practice of the enterprises in the metallurgical industry will make it possible to ensure flexible management of the pricing procedure for metal products both in the domestic market and during foreign trade

This research aims to analyze changes in PSAK regarding rent, which affects financial performance at PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. Implementing PSAK 73 requires lessees to classify operating leases into finance leases except for short-term leases and assets with a low basis. Lessees with future operating lease commitments must capitalize the lease assets and liabilities. Lease capitalization causes assets and liabilities to increase and equity to decrease in the statement of financial position while net profit in the comprehensive income statement increases. This is because the expenses that arise from the capitalization of rent, namely depreciation and interest expenses, are smaller than the rent expenses written off. The quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data sources in the form of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk's financial reports in 2019 before changes to the PSAK Lease and in 2020 after changes to PSAK. The research results show that changes to PSAK impact the company's financial performance as assessed by financial ratios.

This paper describes the basic concept of multi-project management in the science and research organizations in Serbia and worldwide. A brief discussion was held on the sources of funding for these projects, and several proposed solutions to problems that may arise in the management of projects in the field of mining, were considered from the perspective of worldwide practice. An overview of completed projects in the field of mining and geology in the period from 2010 to 2023 is given using the example of a case study of a selected scientific and research organization, the Bor Mining and Metallurgy Institute, by type and number of projects and sources of funding. A brief analysis of the success of multi-project management in this institution was carried out. Considering the years of project development, it was determined it was found that the greatest success of multi-project management has been achieved in the last five years, which indicates the good business strategy of the Institute. The financing structure has shown that the largest number of projects in this institution, in the given period was financed by the private sector, i.e. the Chinese mining company Serbia Zijin Copper Bor (formerly RTB Bor).
