Abstract: NK‐1 receptor antagonists (NK1‐RA) are key agents for chemotherapy‐induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) prevention in patients receiving highly emetogenic chemotherapy. Current pediatric practice guidelines recommend the use of intravenous fosaprepitant or oral aprepitant.
