Safety assessment of high voltage substation earthing systems with synthetic geotextile membrane

Abstract: High voltage substations built within areas prone to vegetation or with unfavourable subgrade conditions are paved with the addition of punched geotextiles and non-conductive synthetic fabrics underneath switchyard surfacing.
