Safety of Gentamicin Bladder Irrigations in Complex Urological Cases

Abstract: Gentamicin bladder irrigations are a helpful adjunct in the management of complex pediatric urological cases involving recurrent symptomatic bacteriuria. We no longer require intensive laboratory monitoring of low risk patients at our institution.
