Safety Risks of Primary and Secondary Schools in China: A Systematic Analysis Using AHP–EWM Method

Abstract: Owing to the frequent accidents in primary and secondary schools (PSS) in China in the past decades, a systematic analysis of indicators influencing safety risks in PSS is critical to identifying preventive measures. A two-hierarchy structure of indicators was identified by analyzing various cases, intensive interviews, and related previous literature. A combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method was developed to synthetically assess the primary and secondary risk indicators th… Show more

“…Drawing upon data gathered from www.comap.com, this study delves into the very essence, formation mechanisms, and consequential effects of momentum in tennis matches. Employing the AHP-EWM method, this study amalgamates expert knowledge with data-driven characteristics [1] to objectively assess the various factors that contribute to the momentum of a match and to chart the potential consequences of momentum fluctuations on match outcomes. Welch's T-test and the Run Test have also been employed to scrutinize the influence of momentum on the progression of a match.…”

“…Previous studies have often used single-dimension weights to evaluate economics, with some articles considering only subjective weights [22,23] (AHP, BWM), and some articles considering only objective weights [24,25](EWM, PCA). Combinations of subjective and objective methods are also often used in the field of evaluation [26,27]. The construction of the coupling coordination model is dependent on the coordination of weights estimated by AHP and EWM methods [28].…”
