Communication, a fundamental aspect of human interaction, was the focus of this study. We compared the communication skills of individuals in the healthcare sector with those outside it. While the research did not uncover significant differences based on demographic characteristics, it did reveal noteworthy disparities in communication skill scores. These findings, we believe, will significantly contribute to the existing literature and provide valuable insights for addressing communication challenges at an institutional level. We recommend similar research in different institutions and sectors, with results evaluated separately, to further enhance our understanding of this crucial area.
