Abstract: ObjectiveThis study aimed to evaluate the role of miR‐150‐5p in the onset and progression of periodontitis, and reveal the potential molecular mechanism underlying its function and to explore a novel biomarker for periodontitis.BackgroundPeriodontitis is the leading cause of tooth loss in adults, emphasizing the need for a biomarker to improve its early detection and prevention.
