Salmonella Infection in Poultry: A Review on the Pathogen and Control Strategies

Abstract: Salmonella is the leading cause of food-borne zoonotic disease worldwide. Non-typhoidal Salmonella serotypes are the primary etiological agents associated with salmonellosis in poultry.
