Sampling optimization and compact tabulation of isotropic polarized scattering

Abstract: Realistic simulations of light-matter interactions can be enhanced by empirical polarized bidirectional reflectance distribution functions (pBRDFs), which consist of Mueller matrix (MM) measurements at discretely sampled scattering geometries.
