Synovitis-acne-pustulosis-hyperostosis-osteomyelitis (SAPHO) syndrome is a rare disease characterized by combined osteoarticular and cutaneous manifestations. The diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome remains difficult due to its clinical heterogeneity and often requires the identification of infectious neoplasm and other bone abnormalities.
