SAPHO syndrome with acne fulminans and severe polyosteitis involving axial skeleton

Abstract: SAPHO syndrome (synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis), a rare inflammatory disorder, is an association of distinct skin disorders with pustules with osteoarticular inflammation.
