Sarcoidosis of the pineal region, dorsal mesencephalon, and periaqueductal region: Case report and systematic review

Abstract: Background: The central nervous system is an unusual location of sarcoidosis, which commonly affects the cranial nerves, meninges, hypothalamus, and pituitary gland.
