Abstract:Sarcoidosis is a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown aetiology with a variety of nonspecific clinicoradiological features making diagnosis challenging. Sarcoidosis commonly involves pulmonary and lymphoreticular systems; ovarian involvement being extremely rare.
