Sarcoidosis Presenting with Membranous Nephropathy in a Patient with Hypertensive Nephropathy: Case Report

Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease that primarily involves the lung but may also have renal involvement. We present a hypertensive nephrosclerosis case found to have sarcoidosis after membranous nephropathy was diagnosed. A 57-year-old female patient was admitted due to nephrotic syndrome.
