Sartans in the treatment of high-risk hypertension: the abilities of candesartan

Abstract: This paper presents an overview of the literature on the treatment of arterial hypertension drugs that block the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) – angiotensin receptor blockers ΙΙ (ARB), whose action is based on inhibition of the RAAS at the AII receptor.
