SAT-252 A Rare Case of Crooke’s Adenoma

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Crooke’s cell adenoma is a rare variant of ACTH-secreting corticotroph adenomas (<1%). These are aggressive macroadenomas and usually invade the cavernous sinus producing visual symptoms.
