SAT-292 Success of Instant-Start Life-Saving Peritoneal Dialysis in Patients with End stage Vascular Access Failure

Abstract: dipping pattern of patients on CAPD was comparable with that of controls on APD. Conclusions: This case-control study did not show significant differences between CAPD and APD in the presence of sub-clinical volume expansion, antihypertensive medication use and ambulatory BP profile. Randomized trials directly comparing CAPD versus APD are warranted to confirm or refute the above observations.
