Abstract:Background
Nephritis is the most common severe manifestation of pediatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (pSLE) and the major predictor of poor prognosis. Research for the detection of novel and accurate biomarkers, predictive of the nephritis outcome, is globally in progress.
