Satellite Assessments of Tropopause Dry Intrusions Correlated to Mid-Latitude Storms

Abstract: Dry intrusion is an important mid-latitude atmosphere phenomenon within the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere. It is often found to be related to the cyclogenesis, rainstorm, as well as convection generation and precipitation enhancement.
