Abstract: Descriptive assessment study, based on Donabedian's Model of healthcare assessment, which evaluated the satisfaction of mothers and/or legal guardians of children under the age of one concerning the care delivered at the Primary Healthcare Units of Cuiaba, in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil.
