Satisfacción Laboral y Apoyo Social en trabajadores de un hospital de tercer nivel

Abstract: MEDICINA y SEGURIDAD del trabajo El apoyo emocional en el trabajo mostró fuerte correlación con la satisfacción con el superior jerárquico (r=0,75; p<0,00005) y relaciones con la Dirección (r=0,69; p<0,00005).
