Background:The improvement of maternity care is a key health policy focus, in recognition that health and wellbeing have implications throughout life .Women satisfaction is a crucial predictor for maintaining and monitoring the quality of health care and can inform service development and delivery. Aim of the study: the aim of study was to evaluate nurses care for women after cesarean section and their satisfaction of care provided. Design: Correlational research design was used Sample: A convenience sample 150 of women post CS were recruited in this study. Setting:The study was handled at obstetrics ward and postpartum department at the Woman's Health hospital, Assiut University, Egypt. Results: Findings shows that the mean age of women was 29.18±5.82 year, more than half of the women were ambulated six hours after surgery and the majority of them (83.3%) were satisfied regarding hospital care. Conclusion: Nurse has an important role in care of women undergoing to caesarean sections and improve their satisfaction. Recommendations: In the future, for all nurses, educational training programs on ideal post-cesarean section care must be developed and implemented.

This study aimed to elucidate the significance of cultural diversity in maternity care in the context of enhancing the quality of care services. To undertake this systematic review, we conducted searches across multiple databases, including CINAHL, SAGE, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, Scopus, and Springer. The process of article selection was executed through Science Direct and Sage, with adherence to specific inclusion criteria, such as articles published within the last five years, written in English, and focusing on maternity care. This study excluded articles with unclear literature reviews and those written in languages other than English. To analyze the risk of bias and the caliber of the included articles, we used the JBI assessment checklist and the PRISMA flow chart. A total of 20 relevant articles were selected for review. In order to enhance the quality of maternity care services, it is imperative to consider a range of facets, including showing respect and tolerance for cultural diversity, fostering effective communication, and honing relevant skills. Maternity care providers must cultivate an attitude of respect and tolerance towards the cultural diversity of their patients and their families.

Background: Cesarean Delivery is the most common method of delivery in Egypt. It is applied in more than 60% of all deliveries. Women for whom it is indicated must accept the procedure and be satisfied with it. Satisfied mothers are found to be more positive about their condition and more likely to actively participate in their treatment regimens and hence, better maternal and neonatal outcomes. Objective: The study aimed to improve the quality of perinatal care by assessing the level of satisfaction after cesarean delivery and determining the reasons for maternal satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study conducted from June to December 2021 at Zagazig University Hospital, Egypt. A total of 221 women who delivered by Cesarean were enrolled and interviewed using a simple structured researcher-administered questionnaire for data collection. Results: The mean age was 27.83 ± 5.24 years, and the median parity was 1. The overall satisfaction with hospital delivery services was high (93.7%). Women's satisfaction was associated with birth outcomes, nurses' concern and attitude, time spent with the doctor during the examination, care providers' measures taken to assure privacy during examination and availability of medicines. Facility cleanliness gained the least satisfaction. Conclusion:The study found that most women were satisfied with the care received during Cesarean delivery. In-depth studies are needed to assess satisfaction with many aspects of the Cesarean birth experience.
