The pandemic has been a catalyst for both negative and positive developments in public transport fares. In the field of public transport, total automation of all segments of passenger public transport is required. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the problems of innovating payment services in public transport as part of the overall ecosystem of the payment business and to find directions for the innovative development of payment services and train payment systems in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study uses a systematic approach and theoretical methods for generalizing and comparing data, a structured description of the characteristics of the Russian payment services market. The proposed directions of innovative development of payment services and train payment systems in public transport are proposed to be implemented in the general system of digital innovation of the economy (integration of automated fare payment systems into a unified system of state and municipal services, inclusion of all intracity and intercity carriers of all types of transport into the automated payment system for passenger transport services, transport roaming / mutual integration of systems, introduction of differentiated fare payment by zones, expansion of the range of payment instruments, fiscalization of the services of transport companies, the transition to a fully automated system of payment for the train with a complete rejection of the physical presence of conductors).

The article substantiates the objective inevitability of agriculture digital transformation. At the same time, the main goal of the digital technology introduction is defined as ensuring food security and achieving competitive advantages in the domestic and foreign markets of agricultural production. In the process of the study, there were established three main components that provide the digital transformation of the agricultural sector-resource, internal and productive. An assessment of each of them in the conditions of agriculture of the Volgograd region was carried out, which made it possible to identify a number of difficulties hindering the active introduction of digital technologies. Among the main constraints is the lack of specific facts that can confirm the creation of conditions for the growth of the effective component of digital transformation, which could be a driver for the use of digital technologies by the agribusiness. Other equally important factors include the impossibility of the region's existing infrastructure to directly affect the internal component of the digital transformation of agricultural production, the low share of agricultural employees with a high level of digital literacy, as well as the lack of information technology specialists with additional knowledge of agricultural features.

The relevance of the study of the insurance market is associated with the strengthening of its role in increasing the level of social protection of the population, increasing the volume of investments in the development of the state economy, as well as exempting the state budget from additional costs for reimbursing losses from unforeseen events. Without insurance market development, it is impossible to ensure the safety of the socio-economic development of the state, the continuity of the functioning of business actors, improving the population welfare and many other guarantees that compensate for the effects of the current risks of environment. The aim of the work is to determine the features of the development of the insurance market in Russia, as well as to identify problems and prospects of its functioning in order to increase the level of social protection of the population. We use modern general scientific and special research methods, including deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, system analysis, comparison. Currently, the Russian insurance market actively reformed in accordance development strategy; however, due to the crisis processes in the economy, the full implementation of measures is somewhat difficult. The conjuncture of the insurance market is quite sensitive to fluctuations of economy; therefore, in the future its development will depend on economic and political factors, external and internal threats. Many problems solution depends on the use of modern insurance technologies (InsurTech), which combine traditional insurance methods and IT innovations. New approaches require preliminary pilot implementation with subsequent scaling, and legal regulation, the development of digital law in Russia.
