In terms of rescheduling problems under machine failure, this paper proposes a virtual manufacturing cell rescheduling method based on the combination of multiple strategies. According to the systematic analysis of the cost factors of rescheduling, the cost-evaluation function of the rescheduling scheme is constructed. Then the virtual manufacturing cell rescheduling model is constructed with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time and the machine adjustment deviation, and which is solved by NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm. The result of the numerical experiment shows that the combined applicable of multiple rescheduling strategies is beneficial to maintain the applicability of the rescheduling scheme under different disturbance situations, improve rescheduling efficiency, reduce disturbance deviation, and reduce disturbance repairing costs.
