Schizophrenia patients with a metabolically abnormal obese phenotype have milder negative symptoms

Abstract: Background: Schizophrenia patients with a metabolically abnormal obese (MAO) phenotype have been shown poor cardiovascular outcomes, but the characteristics of their current mental symptoms have not been characterized.
