The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between emotion management behaviors of managers in terms of management processes and teachers' school happiness. The research was carried out with correlational design. The research sample consists from 383 teachers working in public high schools in the districts of Istanbul, Başakşehir, Bakırköy, Küçükçekmece and Şişli.The data were collected through Personal Information Form, School Happiness Scale and Scale of Managers' Emotion Management Behaviours in terms of Management Processes. The data were analyzed with a statistical program used in social sciences. In the data analysis frequency analysis, Mann Whitney Utest, Kruskal Wallis H-Test and correlation analysis were used. According to the study, while the emotion management behaviors of the managers differ according to the gender, branch and school type; does not differ according to the age and professional seniority variable. Teachers' school happiness levels does not differ according to gender variable with respect to physical equipment, learning environment, cooperation, activities subdimensions and total scale score. In the school management subdimension, teachers' school happiness levels are higher among male teachers than female teachers. According to the research, while the teachers' school happiness levels differ according to the branch and school type; does not differ according to the age and professional seniority variable. Positivity and meaningful relationship were determined between emotion management behaviors of managers in terms of management processes and teachers' school happiness. The results were discussed based on previous findings and recommendations for researchers and practitioners were presented.
