Since the settlement of the Transmigration community in 1983-2023, there has never been conflict and disintegration, as is the case in other multicultural societies that tend to conflict. This study aims to find out why the Multicultural Community in West Muna Regency is integrated and what values of social integration have been built. Methodologically, the data for this study were obtained using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, all of which are descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study show that the multicultural community in West Muna Regency is integrated because human nature wants peace where every individual wants peace and comfort of life, which is externalized in the form of behavior in daily life both in family, neighbors and community; as social beings in mutual need between nations of different tribes and different religions; religious reasons in which each community of a different religion obeys religious orders and tolerance with people of different religions; and cultural reasons that are the ancestral teachings of each tribe that each tribe adheres to are different. There is a binding value that represents the interests of all religions and tribes, namely the value of peace. The value of social integration in a multicultural society is the value of peace consisting of social cohesion, namely the unification of religious, cultural, and occupational equality, and social adhesion, namely unification based on differences in religion, culture, and work.

The main reason behind the school literacy movement is the lack of interest in reading among students and the need for reading materials and supporting facilities that are less diverse. This study aims to know the effectiveness of school literacy programs at the elementary school level. The method used is descriptive with literature study. The references used by researchers are in the form of textbooks, documents, and research papers related to the research topic. Again, the researcher critically studies, debates, and argues based on facts. The conclusions and ideas mentioned are then compared and reviewed carefully and thoroughly. This study highlights the need to increase school literacy in government programs, especially in elementary schools. To optimize the program, along with the time of implementation, it is better not to run at the same time as school hours, increase student interest by providing interesting books, socializing the program, and being supervised by the school and local government. Commitment and cooperation must be built between various stakeholders such as schools, students, parents, community, local or national government. The synergy of various parties is important to be able to boost obstacles and all problems in implementing school literacy.

This study aims to determine the characteristics of students' metacognition in solving mathematical literacy problems. The metacognitive traits explored are related to awareness in planning, monitoring, and evaluating the design of the thinking process used. The research method used is a mixed-method (sequential explanatory), which uses quantitative research results to conduct qualitative research. The research subjects were 80 early semester students who took the literacy test and chose six respondents representing the upper, middle, and lower groups, with two people in each group to be interviewed. The results showed that the mathematical literacy skills of prospective teachers were at a low level. Metacognitive characteristics that appear in the low group are (1) realizing that the solution of strategy is not right but not improved; (2) planning to develop a settlement strategy, but are not sure, (3) do not carry out the re-check process, and (4) do not believe what is being thought and do not understand the concept. Metacognitive traits in the middle group are (1) aware of what they are thinking, (2) consciously plan various strategies to improve thinking accuracy, but do not always use these strategies, (3) tend to monitor the thinking process, and (4) show tendency to master the basic mathematical concepts of the problems at hand.The characteristics of metacognition in the high group during problem-solving are (1) Using various strategies to demonstrate or improve the accuracy of thinking (sketching, drawing), (2) Analyzing the problem before solving it, and (3)Understanding and mastering the mathematical concepts that underlie the problem which is given.
