Schottky-Barrier Diode Converters in the Short Millimeter Wavelengths Region

Abstract: A theoretical analysis of upconverters, and an experimental waveguide-type upconverter and downconverter at120GHz are described. Anupconverter with an output power of 2.5 dB and an RF bandwidth of 35 GHz were obtained.[1]
